What to do with leftover dal fry/tadka
Sometimes after you are done with the day’s meals, you are left with about 1/2 to 1 cup of leftover toor/moong dal fry/tadka. And you are just too bored to eat it again. So what do you do? Make dal parathas out of it 🙂
Mix the whole wheat flour with the required amount of dal. Add water only if you fall short of dal. Add in some chopped onions, cilantro, minced green chillies or optionally red chilli powder, cumin seeds and salt to taste and make dough. Roll out and make parathas. Serve with pickle and yogurt.
